- Sell at least 30 phones and 10 other BNPL assets (freezers, generators) monthly.
- Maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rate based on feedback.
- Ensure that 80% of new customers complete their first repayment on time
- Onboard three new merchants monthly for BNPL partnerships.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with all partnered merchants.
