Spa Therapist

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional spa experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility is to deliver a range of spa treatments, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction

Nail Care:

Provide expert nail care services, including manicures and pedicures.
Offer a range of nail treatments such as nail shaping, cuticle care, and various nail art techniques.
Recommend and apply appropriate nail polish colors or nail enhancements.
Facial Treatments:

Perform facial treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct skin assessments to determine suitable facial treatments.
Administer cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask application.
Body Treatments:

Offer body treatments, including massages and exfoliation, to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
Provide recommendations for body care routines and products.
Waxing and Hair Removal:

Conduct waxing services for hair removal, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for clients.
Stay updated on waxing techniques and trends.
Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' beauty and wellness goals.
Provide personalized recommendations for treatments and products.
Maintaining Treatment Rooms:

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
Upselling and Retail Sales:

Promote additional spa services and retail products.
Offer expert advice on at-home skincare and beauty routines.
Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
Address client concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
 

Qualifications

Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
Certification in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
Proficiency in nail care techniques, facials, and body treatments.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and beauty trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
