  • Job Summary: As the Head of Partnerships at kennedia consulting limited, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's partnership strategy to drive growth and enhance our market presence. This key leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the fintech industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.

General Duties
  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Partnership Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's mission and values.

    2. Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that create mutual value and drive business growth.

    3. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

    • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership objectives with overall business goals.

    4. Market Analysis

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the fintech ecosystem.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.

    5. Financial Modeling:

    • Develop financial models to evaluate the potential impact of partnerships on revenue, costs, and profitability.
    • Monitor and report on the financial performance of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

    6. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure that all partnerships comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with partnerships.

    7. Team Leadership:

    • Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team.

  • Requirements (Skills and Qualifications):

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • years of experience in partnership management within the fintech industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex partnership agreements.
    • Strong understanding of financial services, technology, and regulatory landscapes.
