Job Summary
  • Strategic Planning:

     – Generating and implement a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy that aligns with OmniBiz overall business objectives.

     – Constantly identifying market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

    Marketing Campaigns and Brand Management:

     – Developing and managing online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

     – Maintaining and enhancing our brand identity, ensuring it is consistent and aligned across all communication channels.

     – Monitoring of our brand perception and developing strategies to improve our brand image.

     – Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Public Relations:

     – Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.

    – Respond to and manage crisis communications effectively

    Content Development:

     – Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and marketing collateral.

    – Ensure content is engaging and aligns with the brand's messaging.

     Team Leadership:

     – Lead a team of marketing and PR team, providing clear guidance and support to drive exceptional performance

    – Foster a collaborative and innovative team.

General Duties
  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Partnership Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's mission and values.

    2. Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that create mutual value and drive business growth.

    3. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

    • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership objectives with overall business goals.

    4. Market Analysis

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the fintech ecosystem.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.

    5. Financial Modeling:

    • Develop financial models to evaluate the potential impact of partnerships on revenue, costs, and profitability.
    • Monitor and report on the financial performance of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

    6. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure that all partnerships comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with partnerships.

    7. Team Leadership:

    • Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team.

    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.


  • Qualifications:

    – B.SC Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field(MBA Preferred)

    – Proven track record of at least 7 years as marketing head in FMCG or Ecommerce industry, with a verifiable history of management experience.
