Job Summary
  • The HR Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at the locomotive train station.

General Duties
  • • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law [1]

    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those that regulate hiring and firing, workplace safety, benefits and pay, and confidentiality [2]

    • Designing and implementing internal guidelines that take legal requirements into consideration [2]

    • Conducting regular audits, assigning dedicated policy owners, attending conferences and webinars, and providing ongoing training to stay informed of changes in employment laws [2]

    • Managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances [3]

    • Overseeing payroll, benefits, compensation, and safety programs [3]


    • Minimum HND or BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

    • 3-5 years of experience in an HR administrative role

    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficient in the use of HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
