Developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control policies and procedures
• Conducting regular audits to identify areas of risk and non-compliance
• Advising management on best practices for internal control and risk management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Investigating any suspected fraud or misconduct and reporting findings to management
• Minimum HND or BSc in relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in an internal control, audit or compliance role
• Strong knowledge of internal control principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
