The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and promoting our services to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their needs, address concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with the provider network team to ensure the HMO has a robust network of healthcare providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on utilizing the HMO's services. Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, business development preferably in the HMO industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HMO operations and healthcare regulations is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the HMO or a similar field
