we are looking to hire a reliable and diligent Verification Officer who will be responsible for field assessment and every activity related to the verification of our champion's documentation.
Ensure timely completion of all verifications and reporting in compliance with the outlined processes
- Conduct detailed background checks of individuals and their guarantors
- Timely follow-up and closure of assigned verification checks
- Serves as liaison with verification vendors
- Background screening
- Conduct detailed checks of Criminal records
- Conduct pre-hire screening and Employment verification
- Delivery of confidential documents
- Ensure the champion's data and reports are complete, accurate and consistent
- Conduct verification on matters entrusted within the team
- Gather recorded statements and documentation
- Organize all the collected data and information.
BSc./HND in relevant discipline
- 2+ years of core experience working with a verification company
- Demonstrated experience with qualitative methods
- Strong oral and written communication
- The ability to speak the native language is an added advantage
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative.
