Credit Sales Officer For A Fintech Organization

Job Summary
  • A leading player in the Other Financial Institution in Lagos requires the service of Credit Sales Officer.   

General Duties
    • Grow the loan portfolio by promoting and selling the company’s loan products
    • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that will add value to the customer’s business.
    • Build and maintain clients’ relationships.
    • Identify potential business opportunities/clients through market research, networking and referrals.
    • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers.
    • Prepare accurate and complete credit applications, ensuring all necessary documentations are provided and verified
    • Follow up on credit requests to ensure approvals are obtained within approved timeline set by management
    • Monitoring market trends and providing feedback on products and solutions to management for review and action.
    • Present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as may be required by management.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned by the Head, Credit Department, Management and Board


  • Skills:

    • Possess strong selling skills
    • Good writing and oral communication skills 
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be computer literate 
    • Strong problem solving and follow up skills


    • Qualification and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower) / HND (Minimum Lower Credit minimum) in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 – 4years experience in bank or non-bank financial institution in a marketing role.
