The Workshop Administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of our workshops. This role involves working closely with instructors, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of each event
General Duties
Oversee the operations of the workshop, including scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
Manage a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Monitor inventory levels and procurement of spare parts and materials.
Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets safety and performance standards.
Skills
A degree in any relevant field
Previous experience in administrative roles, event planning, or project management.
Proficiency with administrative software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
