Job Summary
  • We are currently recruiting for an experienced and results-driven Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.


General Duties
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media communication industry to expand our client base.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company and generate leads.

Skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the media communication industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

     


Salary
  • 350,000- 400,000
