Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and results-driven Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
General Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media communication industry to expand our client base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company and generate leads.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the media communication industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Salary
350,000- 400,000
