Legal Officer

We are currently recruiting for a legal officer for our client in the financial industry

• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
• Admission to the Bar association.
• Proven experience working as a legal officer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of legal principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
