  • As a Senior Business Development Manager you play a key role in a company's growth strategy. You are responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business expansion, growth, and revenue. This role  involves identifying and building relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and industry influencers. Key responsibilities may include:


General Duties
    1. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership to create, refine, and execute business development strategies. This includes setting ambitious growth targets, identifying new markets, and assessing competitive landscapes.

    2. Market Analysis: Conducting thorough research to identify potential growth opportunities, from untapped customer segments to emerging market trends. This involves analyzing data to uncover actionable insights.

    3. Sales Pipeline Management: Overseeing the sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of leads and prospects. This might involve nurturing existing relationships while simultaneously cultivating new ones.

    4. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their needs and aligns them with the company's offerings.

    5. Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and sales.


Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is typically
