Job Summary
  • We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents in our busy call center. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a passion for assisting customers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

General Duties
    • Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
    • Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the company's CRM system.
    • Clearly and concisely convey information to customers and colleagues.
    • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.
    • Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices through ongoing training.

    • Must be ready to resume immediately.
    •  No experience is required but all candidates must be smart looking and be an eloquent speaker of the English language.
    • Prior experience as a Customer Care representative, Call Centre Agent, Sales Executive or Business Development Exec is an added advantage.
    •  Education Requirement- HND OR BSC in any Course.
    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
