Executive Driver

The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for company executives. This role involves ensuring the timely arrival and departure of executives to various destinations, maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition, and prioritizing passenger safety and comfort. The Executive Driver should exhibit professionalism, discretion, and excellent driving skills. Additionally, the role may include handling logistical tasks related to transportation and contributing to a secure and confidential environment for the executives.

Job Responsibilities:     
• Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner     
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance     
• Follow all traffic laws     
• Determine the most efficient route to destinations to ensure timely delivery.     
• Transport employees and other individuals as directed, in a safe and responsible manner     
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly, as assigned     
• Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing     
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions     
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always ready for use     

 Job Requirements     
• A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate.(SSCE)     
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience      
• Possession of a valid driver’s license        
• Good communication skills     
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.     
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations     
• Punctual and reliable
