we are seeking for qualified personnel to fill the role of a  strategy analyst in our team. As aStrategy ananlyst play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, identifying strategic opportunities, and developing actionable insights to guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and refinement of the company's strategic plan, aligning objectives with long-term vision and goals.
• Business Performance Evaluation: Evaluate business performance against strategic objectives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Scenario Planning: Develop and analyze various scenarios to assess potential risks and opportunities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Strategic Initiatives Support: Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Demonstrated understanding of strategic frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to develop and evaluate strategic options.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
•  minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Strategy or Investment Analyst role within the Financial Services sector.
