As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you'll dive into the world of company finances, analyzing data to help guide important decisions. Your role involves predicting future financial trends, evaluating potential investments, and ensuring the company's money stays safe.

• Analyze company financial data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Predict future financial trends and outcomes based on historical data and market conditions.
• Assess the potential risks and returns of investments or projects to support decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks that could impact the company's profitability or stability.
•  Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
•  Work closely with other departments and teams to support financial planning and strategy.
•  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all financial activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and trends.
• Excellent knowledge of valuation methods and financial modeling skills
• Good knowledge of the financial market and other industries/sectors
• Support deal origination with demonstrable effort in the preparation of proposals and presentations
• Good knowledge of industry research
• Minimum of 5/7 years of experience in a similar role
