  • As a Real Estate Specialist  you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes and guiding them through the home-buying process. Your responsibilities will include:


General Duties
    • Client Consultation: Understand and assess clients' needs and preferences to identify suitable properties for purchase.
    • Property Tours: Conduct property tours and provide valuable insights to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for their real estate transactions.
    • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive pricing to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the buying process.

Skills
    • HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is desirable.
    • Essential qualifications include robust communication skills, the capacity to function both independently and collaboratively, keen attention to detail, and outstanding customer service aptitude.
