Business Analyst

We are currently seeking an energetic, disciplined and result-oriented Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team working on the evolution of our client case management to offer an omnichannel employee experience & digitise employee centric workflow. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical designs, test plans and technology improvement.

• Serve as a bridge between business users and ServiceNow HRSD technology teams to define and manage requirements.
• Translate business requirements to functional design.
• Prepare and document Functional and Technical Design specifications according to client standards and methodologies.
• Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and producing functional specifications.
• Responsible for ensuring that the proposed solutions must comply with Bell standards in terms of security, privacy and legislation.
• Create test plans to perform final usability tests for products to ensure right level of quality.

• 3-5 years experience in either a business analysis or technical capacity at an enterprise level
• Demonstrated business systems analysis experience and Working knowledge of relational databases
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work tactically and make data driven decisions
• Ability to monitor progress and quality effectively, remain detail-oriented at the same time understand the big-picture
• A distinctive blend of technology, business and analytical skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication style, able to effectively communicate technical information to non-expert colleagues
