Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Marketing and Communication to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and communication initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support business objectives, and engage key stakeholders. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with strong storytelling, branding, digital marketing, and public relations expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing, branding, and communication strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Manage all internal and external communications, including PR, media relations, corporate messaging, and crisis communication.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns across all platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, etc.).
  • Supervise the design and production of marketing materials, brochures, press releases, reports, and branded content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategy and positioning.
  • Lead brand development, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the marketing and communications team, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight.
  • Liaise with external vendors, media houses, agencies, and stakeholders to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Organize corporate events, product launches, press briefings, and brand activations.
  • Track and report on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, media engagement, and brand perception metrics.
     


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ relevant experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing corporate branding and PR campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Suite, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
