We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations and ensure the financial health and sustainability of our organization in Abuja. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making.

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts, budgeting, cash flow, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.
• Maintain internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure readiness and compliance.
• Support management with financial analysis, business modeling, and strategic planning.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other financial partners.
• Oversee inventory, fixed assets, and procurement financial tracking where applicable.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff, ensuring continued development and performance.
   

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is required.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial regulations, and Nigerian tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
