• Market the bank’s financial products and services to individuals and businesses
• Mobilize deposits and acquire new customer accounts
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
• Participate in promotional and field marketing activities
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports
• Represent the bank professionally at all times

• B.Sc. or HND in any discipline (Minimum Second Class Lower or Upper Credit)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, confident, and presentable
• Must be 27 years old or younger
• Previous experience in banking or financial sales is an added advantage
• Must reside in or be willing to work in Victoria Island, Lagos
