We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Executives across various locations. As a DSE, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, promoting banking products, and contributing to the growth of the bank's retail business.

Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the bank’s financial products and services to prospective customers
- Identify potential customers through fieldwork, referrals, and cold calls
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance for all onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to the team lead and branch managers
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any discipline
- 0–2 years of sales or marketing experience (fresh graduates can apply)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented
- Must reside in or around the listed locations
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
