Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Executives across various locations. As a DSE, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, promoting banking products, and contributing to the growth of the bank's retail business.

Responsibilities
  • Actively promote and sell the bank’s financial products and services to prospective customers
  • Identify potential customers through fieldwork, referrals, and cold calls
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance for all onboarding
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to the team lead and branch managers
     


Requirements
  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of sales or marketing experience (fresh graduates can apply)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented
  • Must reside in or around the listed locations
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
