Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and articulate individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues through various communication channels. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hausa Language, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage customer relationships professionally and empathetically.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Gain and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures
- Accurately provide information and support based on company standards and protocols
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service, call centre, or similar role is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills to effectively handle customer concerns
- Ability to resolve issues independently with good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM platforms and call centre tools
- Fluency in Hausa Language is a mandatory requirement for this role
