Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to drive the planning, design, and execution of effective learning strategies and talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with deep experience in organizational development, performance management, leadership training, and employee upskilling.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and identify skills gaps across departments.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Partner with department heads to build customized training plans and leadership development pipelines.
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs using key metrics and continuous feedback.
- Stay updated with L&D trends and incorporate industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
- Support onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead the development of competency frameworks and succession planning strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in a consulting environment.
- Proven expertise in training program design, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using L&D software, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
- Certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or ATD are an added advantage.
