We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel property maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems, facilities, and guest rooms are in top working order.

• Manage and oversee routine maintenance and repair of hotel facilities.
• Address in-room repairs promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor daily task lists and checklists for the maintenance team.
• Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

• 4–6 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a technical team.
• Experience in the hospitality sector is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
