Drive sales growth by promoting and selling animal nutrition products, feed additives, veterinary solutions, and related animal products. The role requires leveraging deep technical knowledge in animal nutrition/science to offer tailored solutions, build strong client relationships, and deliver value to farms, distributors, and agribusinesses.
.• Promote company's products to farmers, veterinarians, and animal producers.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for farmers and distributors on new samples received from manufacturers abroad, as well as for internal teams.
• Provide technical training on products to the sales team periodically.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers and farmers on product usage, benefits, and applications.
• Conduct regular farm visits to understand customer needs and provide technical support
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collect product feedback from customers and farmers and make recommendations to management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade/poultry shows to stay updated on industry developments and network with customers and farmers.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in animal health and nutrition, including disease management and nutritional requirements.
Bachelor Degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science or related field
Prior knowledge of Animal Psychology, Feed Formulation and Product Application
