Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Development Manager to lead and drive new business opportunities within our Infrastructure & Construction unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with excellent business development and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead new business development efforts for Infrastructure & Construction projects, covering Technology, Infrastructure, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives.
- Achieve business development and sales revenue targets as set by the Board.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development roadmap for the Infrastructure & Construction stream.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, converting them into profitable business deals.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of high-quality RFQs, RFIs, and other business proposals.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships by delivering commercially viable and strategic solutions.
- Prepare and deliver senior management and board-level presentations, ensuring timely follow-up on action points.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- MBA or equivalent in Business Management is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and Construction engineering-driven products and services.
- Ability to design and propose practical engineering solutions tailored to client challenges.
- Expertise in analyzing and articulating client business needs into strategic solutions.
- Extensive techno-commercial experience, with a proven record of preparing high-quality responses to complex RFPs under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, especially at boardroom level.
- Track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities successfully.
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and innovative thinking capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding business development targets.
- Ability to leverage business intelligence tools and insights to drive commercial goals.
- Strong sales orientation and the ability to introduce and grow new product lines.
- Prior business development experience within the Infrastructure & Construction sector is essential.
