Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing and Reservation Officer to manage ticket sales, reservations, and customer inquiries efficiently. You will ensure an excellent customer experience by offering seamless booking and support services
.
Responsibilities
- Handle ticket bookings, reservations, and re-bookings for customers (airline, bus, events, etc.).
- Issue tickets and confirm reservations accurately.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Assist customers with travel plans, ticket changes, and cancellations.
- Maintain updated records of transactions and bookings.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for updated information.
- Monitor reservation systems and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years experience in ticketing and reservations (experience in travel agencies is a plus).
- Proficiency in reservation systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Customer service orientation.
Salary - N150,000
