We are seeking experienced Direct Sales Executives who are self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving and surpassing sales targets. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and local networking.
- Clearly present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right products or services to meet those needs.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide post-sales support.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions using provided tools.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and development sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: National Diploma (ND)
- Previous experience in direct sales is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and record-keeping
