Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branding strategies tailored to Nigerian consumers.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports directly to the COO.
- Conduct market research to track local trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Innovate and implement strategies to drive sales and brand engagement.
- Follow up with potential and returning customers to maintain strong client relationships.
- Plan and manage pop-up shops and market stalls to increase brand visibility.
- Organize photoshoots, coordinate with vendors, and manage logistics as needed.
- Monitor sales and gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fashion marketing, retail coordination, or brand development.
- Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s fashion industry, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing trends.
- Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills—fluency in English is required; Pidgin or a local language is a plus.
- Basic photography skills are an added advantage
