Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative and proactive Brand & Business Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-driven female professional with a passion for fashion, branding, and customer engagement within Nigeria’s vibrant style scene.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute branding strategies tailored to Nigerian consumers.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports directly to the COO.
  • Conduct market research to track local trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to drive sales and brand engagement.
  • Follow up with potential and returning customers to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Plan and manage pop-up shops and market stalls to increase brand visibility.
  • Organize photoshoots, coordinate with vendors, and manage logistics as needed.
  • Monitor sales and gather customer feedback to improve products and services.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fashion marketing, retail coordination, or brand development.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s fashion industry, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing trends.
  • Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills—fluency in English is required; Pidgin or a local language is a plus.
  • Basic photography skills are an added advantage
