Job Summary

Implementing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives and strategies such as employee engagement activities, performance management, training programmes etc.
  • Attend to employees’ inquiries and concerns
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage all Employee Documentation
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the Line Manager, including managing calendars, coordination of events, scheduling meetings with detailed minutes, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and filing system as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency


Requirements
  • A BSc/HND degree holder in Business Administration, Human resources or related discipline
  • 3-5 years working experience in same/similar role
  • Certification is a plus (CIPM, SHRM, PHRI).
  • Ability to manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Knowledge of Payroll computation and preparation
  • Knowledge in performance management.
