Responsibilities
- Implementing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Design and implement HR initiatives and strategies such as employee engagement activities, performance management, training programmes etc.
- Attend to employees’ inquiries and concerns
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage all Employee Documentation
- Ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Line Manager, including managing calendars, coordination of events, scheduling meetings with detailed minutes, and arranging travel logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing system as necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
Requirements
- A BSc/HND degree holder in Business Administration, Human resources or related discipline
- 3-5 years working experience in same/similar role
- Certification is a plus (CIPM, SHRM, PHRI).
- Ability to manage the recruitment and selection process
- Knowledge of Payroll computation and preparation
- Knowledge in performance management.
