Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction.

  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.



Requirements
  • Minimum of an Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (2.2 only)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
