.Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers.
BSC/HND (Minimum Second Class Lower).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, or any other Nigerian language is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
