Job Summary

Our clients, some of the leading Commercial Banks and Corporate Organizations across various industries, are looking to fill the following role.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers.



Requirements
  • BSC/HND (Minimum Second Class Lower).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, or any other Nigerian language is an advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
