• Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate and construction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
• Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing (real estate/construction experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and construction industry practices.
