The Education Desk Officer will develop and manage the bank’s education sector strategy, driving business growth by building relationships with educational institutions and offering tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to position the bank as the preferred financial partner for educational institutions.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in private schools, higher institutions, and ed-tech firms.
- Acquire and manage relationships with school owners, administrators, and education sector stakeholders.
- Offer advisory services and customized financial products for education clients.
- Build partnerships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and promote financial solutions for the education sector.
- Organize financial literacy and capacity-building programs for education institutions.
Requirements
- Acquire at least 50 new education clients monthly.
- Generate ₦20 billion in new low-cost deposits annually.
- Achieve 25% revenue growth from the education sector.
- Maintain a 90% customer retention rate.
- Organize at least 4 industry events per quarter to enhance brand visibility.
- Launch at least 1 new financial solution quarterly.
- Establish partnerships with at least 3 education regulatory bodies annually.
