Our leading bank client is recruiting experienced Relationship Managers to drive sales, manage client relationships, and grow account volumes in commercial and corporate banking.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, handling client inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Drive sales, cross-sell, and upsell bank products to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and organizations.
- Achieve deposit and credit targets while ensuring compliance with KYC requirements.
- Monitor financial performance, implement marketing strategies, and enhance customer retention.
Requirements
- Currently in a similar role as a full-time bank staff.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in sales and credit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualification/certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, risk assessment, and banking operations.
- Excellent relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
