Job Summary
The Technical Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level strategic, operational, and administrative support to the MD. The role involves managing key projects, coordinating business operations, and ensuring seamless communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of the FMCG industry, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Support
Assist the MD in driving business strategy, planning, and execution across various departments.
Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external meetings.
- Project Management
Oversee and coordinate key projects on behalf of the MD to ensure timely execution.
Track progress, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize operations.
- Administrative Support
Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Business Analysis
Analyze business data and generate reports for decision-making.
Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Good with Business analysis and building business deck/Power point presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of FMCG operations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
