Job Summary

Oversee brand campaigns, brand partnerships, and special projects aligned with the global brand and communications strategy and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration across departments to align stakeholders from concept to global execution, ensuring an efficient and informative workflow.
  • Communication Project Management: Oversee and coordinate communication projects, including planning, execution, and management to achieve specific objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, set project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver successful projects on time, within budget, and with clear and impactful messaging to support the organization's overall communication goals.
  • Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project proposals, creative briefs, timelines, budget, and invoice management.
  • Event Management: Provide strategic leadership and oversight for events, including event design, branding, and communication.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional job responsibilities as assigned by the CEOs.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years in an operations or project management role, preferably within events, marketing, or agency environments
