The Human Resources (HR) Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational culture.

• The HR Manager will ensure that the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent while aligning HR strategies with the company’s overall goals, particularly in its manufacturing and project management operations.

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is highly desirable.
•Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
•Experience in manufacturing or project-based industry is an added advantage.
