The Human Resources (HR) Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational culture.
.•Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is highly desirable.
•Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
•Experience in manufacturing or project-based industry is an added advantage.
