Job Summary

Responsible for handling customer interactions through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media.

Responsibilities

Primary role is to provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries, process requests, and escalate issues when necessary.



Requirements

• Bachelor of science in any field with a minimum of second-class lower
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage 
• Candidate should not be more than 26 years of age
• Knowledge of multiple Nigerian languages is an 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer issues and find appropriate solutions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software, call centre technology, and other communication tools.
