• Respond to and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Repair and replace faulty equipment and components.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• May assist with minor construction or renovation projects.
   

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Additional Skills (depending on the industry):
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience with welding or carpentry
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
