Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with at least 4+ years of experience to drive the acquisition of premium clients for our comprehensive software solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on targeting large businesses to offer software that streamlines HR functions, payroll, inventory management, and other operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve a minimum target of 10 premium-paying businesses monthly, contributing to a revenue goal of 500K.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure recurring payments and sustained customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct strategic outreach, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing product usage.


Requirements
  • First degree in any discipline 
  • Proven sales experience (3+ years) with a track record of exceeding targets, ideally in software or enterprise solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and inventory management systems is a plus.
