Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the company's CRM system.
- Clearly and concisely convey information to customers and colleagues.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.
- Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices through ongoing training.
Requirements
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
- No experience is required but all candidates must be smart looking and be an eloquent speaker of the English language.
- Prior experience as a Customer Care representative, Call Centre Agent, Sales Executive or Business Development Exec is an added advantage.
- Education Requirement- HND OR BSC in any Course.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Salary - N80,000
